1/8/09 - Workout
Still not feeling fantastic and having a hard time breathing, but I did make it to the gym today.
I did the bike for 15 minutes, 3.26 miles, and 150 calories burned. I was going to go longer, but the seat just wasn't adjusted right and I couldn't get situated correctly.
So, I switched over to the elliptical for 30 minutes, 4034 strides, and 288 calories burned.
I hope you all aren't tired of reading about my workouts. It makes me work harder knowing I am gonna post about it. Kinda holding yourself accountable for getting it done.
