Hi Everyone -
Here is what my workout consisted of today. 1 hour of strength training. I lifted a total combined weight of 11,340 lbs. when all the stations, weights, and reps are combined. Then 30 minutes on the elliptical machine for 4326 strides and a total of 332 calories burned.
Anyone else workout today?
