1/10, 1/12, and 1/13/09 Workouts
Sorry that I haven't made it to the boards the last few days. I've been fighting a cold and things have just been hectic.
Here are my latest workouts:
1/10 - Worked out for 2 1/2 hours total. I did 13 different strength machines/exercises and then did cardio on the elliptical for 1 hour burning 600+ calories.
1/12 - Cardio on the elliptical for 1 hour, burning 600+ calories.
1/13 - Worked out for 1 hr and 15 minutes - I did 5 strength machines and then 30 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, burning 323 calories.
I changed the setting on the elliptical to use more of the muscles in my legs. Goodness, I am feeling it in my thighs and my butt.

I sure wish I had a gym I could go to quick and easy because I like all the different machines. But... then again.. I don't have to get dressed to go to a gym.. LOL! I can get fit in my pj's
