Hello ~ from the Admin

Well since I am working on getting this community tweeked to what I want, I will post my Hello message.

My name is Sheila, I am a stay at home mom to a great 16 year old boy, and the wife to a very supportive man. I enjoy being home for my family, even though sometimes it gets lonely not having real people to chat with face to face..
lol!

I own a few website and blogs and keep busy with online work.

I have built the site Living Smart Girl, a blog for it and now this community to help other women take care of themselves inside and out. I hope you find this community fun and stick around.. and invite your friends.
