So Ashamed

Well..with good reason today I feel like shit!



I haven't gotten to the store to grocery shop in a few weeks, so our house has nothing in it! NOTHING!!

So, I ate two candy bars yesterday....and then last night went to the bar to get a drink, and a salad to go. I had the night alone and wanted to catch up on some Me tv time.

Well.. ran into friends who decided to keep buying me drinks. And Shots!! I can't do shots!!

So, I got home at 1am, ate my salad which didn't really soak up the booze in my tummy, went to bed, and now I have the shakes, feel yucky, hurt, and just want it all to go away!!

Why..why do we do stupid things

I just want to crawl in bed and wake up feeling better!

Ack!!
Tomorrow is a new day!

And.. I think I am done drinking!!!

I do feel 110% better today. I had alcohol poisoning.. and am so mad at myself for drinking that much. I do that about once a year or so, and every time I do I say.. NEVER AGAIN!

So.. NEVER AGAIN!!!
