			<title>Water ~ Drink Lots</title>

One should drink 8 full glasses of water a day.. but sometimes we forget or just plain don't.



I find that in the summer I drink more than in the winter.  Why..cuz I am always cold in the winter so drinking cold water is the last thing on my mind. But ~ I have started making myself!  I drink water after my morning coffee and keep a glass with me at all times all day always filled with water.  It makes me feel so much better when I drink water.      Especially  ...</description>

			<description>Do you take vitamins?  If so what kind, how often and why do you take the ones you take?



My Chiro started me on Omega 3 (fish oil).  There are studies that show Omega 3 in high doses helps with Fibro.  Well it is not cheap (the really good stuff) so I can only afford to take 3-5 iu a day.  I keep them in the freezer and take all at bedtime. Otherwise you burp fish..   



I also take 1000 mg of Vit C and 1000 mg of Vit D.  



Wondering if there are other things out there I should be taking?  ...</description>
