			<description>Since getting my Total Gym I have been concentrating on figuring the machine out and getting into a routine.  Well so far so good. 



And, I have my hubby even working out a few times a week 



The workout on the total gym only takes 10-20 minutes depending on how much I push myself.  I can do a full body, or just upper or just lower, or concentrate on just abs or butt.. LOL! 			<description>Ok, had planned to do half my strength machines tonight and some cardio.  The gym was so busy.  I ended up doing an hour of cardio because I didn't have enough time to wait for the different machines.  I guess I will try to do my strength training tomorrow.</description>

			<description>Spent just over 2 hours at the gym yesterday.  I did all 13 strength machines.  I raised the amount of some of the weights and the total of all reps and sets together = 18,960 lbs.  (Not sure if I mentioned that each machine is computerized and keeps track of my workouts, that is how I know the total weight lifted).  I also did 45 minutes of cardio on the elliptical for 402 calories burned.

			<description>Sorry that I haven't made it to the boards the last few days.  I've been fighting a cold and things have just been hectic.  

 

Here are my latest workouts:

 

1/10 - Worked out for 2 1/2 hours total.  I did 13 different strength machines/exercises and then did cardio on the elliptical for 1 hour burning 600+ calories.

 

1/12 - Cardio on the elliptical for 1 hour, burning 600+ calories.

 

1/13 - Worked out for 1 hr and 15 minutes - I did 5 strength machines and then 30 minutes of  ...</description>

			<description><![CDATA[Today was day 3 of my intense work out and I SWEAT so much that EVERYTHING was soaking wet on me. lol I loved it. I was outta breath, sweat was dripping ALL OVER the place and I stunk.

			<description>Still not feeling fantastic and having a hard time breathing, but I did make it to the gym today.

 

I did the bike for 15 minutes, 3.26 miles, and 150 calories burned.  I was going to go longer, but the seat just wasn't adjusted right and I couldn't get situated correctly.

 

So, I switched over to the elliptical for 30 minutes, 4034 strides, and 288 calories burned.

 

I hope you all aren't tired of reading about my workouts.  It makes me work harder knowing I am gonna post about it.  ...</description>

			<description><![CDATA[Ok, so today I am not feeling all that well.  I think I may be coming down with something.  I was shivering all night last night and just couldn't get warm.  Probably had a fever.  Today, headache, congestion, and a sore throat.

I did go to the gym after work, but I could hardly breathe when I was on the elliptical.  It was a struggle, so I only did 30 minutes for 4323 strides and burned 302 calories.

Here is what my workout consisted of today.  1 hour of strength training.  I lifted a total combined weight of 11,340 lbs. when all the stations, weights, and reps are combined.  Then 30 minutes on the elliptical machine for 4326 strides and a total of 332 calories burned.
