			<description>I have read a few stories about people detoxing to loose weight?

 

WHY and what do they do this for? Like they go on some 7/10 days of weird water drinks and eating binge. 

 

I have never had to detox my body. I just STOP eating whats bad.

 

AND whats with a colonic? Am i spelling that right? WHO in the heck goes to get one of these too loose weight and why?

I have no problems going to the bathroom. LOL None. So i dont have a build up. IS that what they are doing when they get a  ...</description>

			<description>Hi my sister has celaic disease and she really thinks that I have the same disease. She asked me to cut out bread and pasta and see how i felt. My stomach issues have almost gone away. Not to bad for 5 days bread free. Anyways going to head to the drs after the 1st of the new year to get tested but until then i am doing some research on how to eat gluten free. Any ideas or suggestions are welcomed.
